Welcome to our new blog section where we will share some of the experiences and places we love in Estepona.

To kick things off, I will be sharing my recent experience at a local Spa and beauty centre in Estepona old town.
Natural&Mente Urban Spa, located in Calle Santa Ana 12, Estepona, opened its doors around six years ago. In fact we were one of their very first customers! This cosy and modern independent spa offers a wide range of treatments from manicures to massages, facials and have recently introduced non invasive treatments such as botox and Hydrafacials in their Clinic.
For my birthday I was given a voucher for an 80 minute full body exfoliation, scrub and massage – which I had never tried before! I don’t veer from the typical 30 minute massage or quick manicure, so I was really intrigued and looking forward to it.
At Natural&Mente you enter into a lovely, warm and trendy salon where the girls are always very friendly. You are offered a drink and taken to the treatment room. It was very warm, with dark lighting, candles and lovely relaxing smells all around. The girls are very professional and use natural high quality products.
Overall it was a super experience and one I will repeat again. My skin felt soft for days and I came out feeling renewed and relaxed.
I can recommend Natural&Mente Urban Spa as every treatment I have had has been excellent. They also speak English!
Tip: book in advance as they are very popular!
